  • Customer Greeting at the airports and ports of Chania and Heraklion and a brief Welcome Meeting during which we distribute personalised information packs with specially created itineraries (food & wine, trekking, archaeological, etc.) all adapted to your specifications.
  • On arrival receive a presentation folder containing a map of the island, contact information and other relevant material useful during the stay.
  • Telephone assistance (by telephone, Skype and WhatsApp) during the whole period of the stay for information, advice and medical emergencies (24 hour)
  • Assistance during airport check-in procedures the day of your departure (on request). Therefore after your arrival in Crete you will have a personalised service, which will make you appreciate wholeheartedly your stay here in absolute tranquillity!

– SPECIAL CHILDREN:  Free from 0 to under 16's

– SPECIAL LOW SEASON: (April, May and October); 2 Euros reduction on all the above prices.
